Our reception has audio induction loops, or if you contact us before your visit we can arrange a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter. We also use Relay UK, a free app from BT which can help people with hearing and speech difficulties to communicate over the phone.

This website provides downloadable resources, forms and documents to those users who have access to them.
Some of these PDFs and Word documents aren’t accessible, for example, they may not be structured so they’re accessible to a screen reader. We are working to replace these documents with accessible versions and any new PDFs or Word documents we publish, will meet accessibility standards.
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
We will regularly review the accessibility of this website with automated testing using the Lighthouse and WAVE accessibility tools. We will also conduct manual testing exercises, and review any issues reported by users of the website. We will work with our developer to make improvements.
